Warranty Policy 保養條款

Every NeWare Technology (HK) Ltd.'s retail product comes with a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. This warranty covers replacement parts for any
manufacturing defect (excludes wear and tear items) as well as unlimited online/phone support for the products. Improper use of the products
resulting in damage to the product is not covered by this warranty.


CONDITIONS:

All claims must be accompanied by original proof of purchase in the form of a valid receipt that displays the date and matching name of the customer on
file.

The tool has not been misused, abused, neglected, altered, modified or repaired by anyone other than an authorized service center.

Defect or damage to the tool has not resulted from use of accessories or parts that are inappropriate for normal operation of the tool, or that are
not designed for use with the tool.

The tool has not sustained damage through foreign objects, substances or accidents.

OUR LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

Natural wear and tear caused by use in accordance with operating instructions.

Unauthorized/ Improper maintenance/ Handling or overload is excluded from this warranty as are accessories such as bulbs, blades and bits, etc.

Purchases through third party websites other than NeWare Technology (HK) Ltd..

* In case there is any inconsistency or conflict between English and Chinese version of this terms and condition, the English version shall prevail. If any disputes, NeWare Technology (HK) Ltd. reserves the right for final decision.

「新威工匠」網上商店銷售之商品均提供1年期的製造商有限度保養服務。此服務涵蓋維修/更換任何"製造缺陷"的零件（不包括磨損）以及提供無限制的產品相關線上/電話服務支援。對於產品使用不當而導致的損壞；並不在此保養服務範圍之內。

更換/維修之商品必須符合以下條件/項目：

任何商品更換/維修要求，必須提交該商品之購買單據、貨運單據及結賬單據等證明。

商品沒有被誤用、濫用、疏忽使用或經由非認可之維修人員進行維修/改裝。

商品損壞/缺陷成因；並非由於使用不符合該商品本身正常操作，或使用非設計於該商品的附件或零件所造成。

非外來因素、外物或意外而導致該商品損壞/缺陷。

保養服務不適用於下列情況： 

該商品基於日常使用導致的自然損耗或磨損。

未經授權維修/改裝、不適當的日常維護/處理或過載負荷的操作等。

損耗品，如：燈泡、刀片和鑽頭等等。

如非透過「新威工匠」網上商店進行購買之商品，該商品均不符合此保養服務條件。

* 如本條款中；中文版本與英文版本之間存在任何矛盾或衝突，則以英文版本為準。 如有任何爭議，「新威科技(香港)有限公司」將保留最終決定權。
